Kim Silva

Support for Rick Davis, Richard Davis and Ian Rosenthal

Kim Silva has been with Davis, Davis & Associates since 2012. She has worked in the legal field for over thirty years, specializing in civil litigation (plaintiff and defendant), real estate and property line disputes, construction defects, FLSA, workers’ compensation, will contests, evictions, and product liability (Asbestos, Tobacco, Fen-Phen/Redux, and Norplant). She is currently the firm’s litigation paralegal, handling federal and state cases and appellate work, and also assists with depositions, probate, and estate planning. She primarily works with Richard Davis, Rick Davis, and Ian Rosenthal.

When Kim isn’t working, she enjoys birding, gardening, spending time with family and friends at the pool, and SEC football. War Eagle!

Jaimie Nicholson

Support for Richard Davis and Ginger Bedsole

Jaimie joined the firm in March, 2022, after earning her degree in English.  Her primary role is serving Richard Davis’ “right hand man” as his real estate and business paralegal.  She is also Ginger Bedsole’s primary estate planning paralegal.

Jaimie became captivated by swimming in her early childhood, wrapping up a seventeen-year competitive swimming career in 2022.  Jaimie also took interest in choir, participating in her school choir throughout high school and was selected to perform in the Southern Division and National Honor choirs.  Her passion for singing continues through serving on the worship team at City Hope Church.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her two children.

Lori Williams

Support for Ginger Bedsole and Ian Rosenthal

Lori joined our firm in 2025 after a twenty-year career in the food and beverage industry. Just prior to associating with DDA, she served the Event Manager at the Country Club of Mobile. She is now the Probate paralegal for Ginger Bedsole and assists Ian Rosenthal with FLSA cases.
Born in Canada, raised in Georgia, she moved to Fairhope in 2013. When not at the firm, she enjoys spending time with her husband, four children, grandchildren, and serving on her church’s Guest Relations team.

Marilyn Coleman

Bookkeeper

Marilyn joined the firm in 2007, bringing with her twenty years of office experience. Her role as bookkeeper helps to keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Marilyn is a Baldwin County native, having graduated from Foley High School in 1975. In her free time, she enjoys cooking; working in her yard; and spending time with her husband, four children, seven grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
